Move Beyond Services to Transformation.
Providing a referral is not the same as understanding reentry. DFB equips professionals with the knowledge and practical tools needed to recognize how incarceration, trauma, institutionalization, identity disruption, relationships, and community conditions affect a person's ability to reintegrate.
Lived Experience Became Expertise.Expertise Became Leadership.
Dr. Felisa Bryant is the Founder and Principal Consultant of DFB Coaching & Consulting. A formerly incarcerated woman who went on to earn a Ph.D. in Psychology, she studied women's transition from incarceration back into the community. She understands reentry from the inside out and from the research up.
Today she helps employers, providers, and systems see what traditional conversations about reentry often overlook.
Program design, second-chance employment strategy, trauma-responsive practices, and organizational assessment.
